Variations in color, pattern, texture, and veining are inherent to natural materials and are not defects — they are what make each piece unique. Your item will match the style and materials shown on the product page, with its own individual character.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is collected at the time of checkout via Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. All orders include tracking information. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. Earth Sea Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied:

You may return unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
Items must be returned in the original packaging
Custom orders and personalized items are final sale
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
